I have some exciting news to report!
I have officially become a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator. I am writing you to ask that you consider utilizing my services as a mediator for your next upcoming mediation.
What can you expect if you select me as your mediator? A Florida Board Certified Marital and Family Law attorney who has over 20 years of experience with knowledge of all aspects of family law matters.
I will be prepared with my laptop, portable printer, Parenting Plan and/or Marital Settlement Agreement templates (if that is what you request) and access to family law software for child support guidelines calculations.
My hourly rate will be $300 with a minimum of 2 hours. Cancellations of 48 hours will be requested to avoid the minimum fee.
If you elect to not have your mediation conducted in my Clearwater office, I will not charge for travel time for mediations conducted elsewhere in the Tampa Bay tri-county area.
Brief summaries of the matters in dispute would be very helpful prior to your mediation and you may be certain that I will have reviewed all documents that you send me prior to your mediation.
I have dates available now for half or full day mediations in all areas of family law including divorce, paternity, pre and post judgment litigation, as well as in collaborative law cases.
